Paris, France, August 26, 2009 . . . The Ministry of Industry and Energy of Tunisia attributed two Hydrocarbon Prospection Permits to Poros on the 28th of July 2009. The decree was published in the Journal Officiel de la Republique Tunisienne on August 4, 2009.

Pursuant to article 10 of the Code of Hydrocarbons of Tunisia, the Prospection Permits of Telemzane (in the governorate of Kebili) and Kasserine (in the governorate of Kasserine) were awarded to POROS and ETAP. The Memorandum of Understanding for each permit were signed in Tunis on May 12, 2009 between the Tunisian State, POROS and ETAP after a favourable opinion issued by the Advisory Committee of Hydrocarbons on its meeting of January 15, 2009.

The permits are established for a period of two years from August 4, 2009, date of publication of the Decree in the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia "Telemzane" to the benefit of POROS and ETAP.
