Poros SAS was established to handle the needs of the group in the development of exploration and production projects.

Poros is actively exploring opportunities in Tunisia and France (see projects update) and foresees operating in challenging conditions under rigorous regulatory environments.

The company will invest in purpose built technologies allowing to become a profitable developer of marginal fields with access in both brownfield and new exploratory opportunities.

The Board of Directors of Georex SA approved and authorized on September 19, 2007  to proceed and establish this subsidiary.

Poros SAS is entitled to accommodate the current projects of gas production in Colombia, of intense exploratory involvement in Tunisia, as well as of future projects in France.
