POROS SAS is established in Paris since October 2007 to handle the needs of development on exploration and production projects.

The company concentrates today its efforts in France, Tunisia and Colombia where a participation in a gas discovery will lead to production in 2008.

The company intends to create value and to provide returns to the shareholders through achieving the vision of being a gainful small project niche in the upstream energy business outside of conventional resources.

Poros received approval for two exploration blocks in Tunisia
The Consultative Comitee of Hydrocarbons of Tunisia approved Poros request for prospecting rights of exploration on the blocks Kasserine and Talemzane situated in central and south  onshore Tunisia.



Through the recent years, the group Georex has developed capabilities in operations and exploration, as well as comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas business environment. These advantages will be profitable for the development of Poros.
