Poros  is established in Paris since October 2007 to develop exploration and production projects. The expertise of the company is based on technical skills and teamwork fostering.

The company concentrates its efforts in France, Tunisia and Colombia and intends to create technical value and to provide returns to the shareholders being a gainful small project niche in the upstream energy business.

The company focuses predominantly on the definition of Triassic and Jurassic plays and resources of the Paris basin and Palaeozoic through Jurassic plays in central and southern Tunisia.
